Our Story
Our leadership team has spent the last two decades creating enterprise value for private equity and enterprise customers. Their leading success story was with Impendi, a US-based boutique consulting firm, where they set up the India operations and scaled a multifunctional organization to 100+ practitioners, servicing marquee customers such as Carlyle Group, TPG, Elliott, and BC Partners.
Their expertise spans across building offshore centers from the ground up, optimizing cost structures, and driving measurable results for leading clients such as Pediatric Associates, Velocity Procurement, BlueRidge Partners, Sabre, Kindred Healthcare, Amneal, Acosta and Veolia.

Madhur is ex-Country Head of Impendi's India operations (acquired by Accenture). He is an operational leader with 16+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, analytics and process transformation. He has played a key role in designing, setting up and scaling delivery centers, working closely with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies to deliver tangible business value at scale.
Managing Partner
Vijender is ex-Principal at Impendi (acquired by Accenture). He brings 16+ years of experience in building and leading offshore organizations, with a track record of scaling teams and guiding multiple transformation and value creation programs for global clients. His expertise includes designing delivery models, driving operational efficiency, and supporting Fortune 100 and private equity portfolio businesses.

Jeff is a seasoned leader in strategic sourcing and spend analytics, with hands-on expertise in building high-performance teams for third-party cost optimization. He has held leadership roles at Impendi (acquired by Accenture) and works with clients across diverse industries, consistently delivering measurable business impact through practical solutions.

Erika is a highly experienced Chief Procurement Officer, having led transformational programs and global teams at top healthcare providers, including Pediatric Associates (a TPG portfolio company). Her advisory leadership spans Fortune 100 firms and Private Equity-owned businesses, focusing on procurement excellence and enterprise-wide cost transformation initiatives.
